CYCLE

LIFER Cycle is for all fitness levels. If it's your first cycle class or 100th cycle class, our instructors will guide you to reach your personal fitness goals in a group fitness setting.

LIFER Cycle classes use the Keiser M3i indoor cycle series bikes.  All classes are 60-minutes and include a warm-up and cool-down/stretch.  LIFER Cycle classes combine sprints, climbs and endurance rides to improve your overall fitness.

Music is an integral part of the classes at LIFER Fitness Studio.  LIFER instructors use the beat of the music to help energize and motivate you to a strong finish!

LIFER CARDIO KICKBOXING

Cardio kickboxing is a fusion of boxing, martial arts and aerobics. This class is a no contact, total body workout that uses self-defense based moves.


LIFER Cardio Kickboxing will make you feel powerful and sweat as you learn basic punches, kicks and blocks to the beat of the music. Burn calories for 50-minutes while you gain confidence in the ability to defend yourself!

LIFER COREYOGA

Let's focus on the muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body!
LIFER CoreYoga targets your pelvic floor, abdominals, obliques, lower back and glutes in order to strengthen your entire core region. These muscles stabilize and protect your body from injury and determine the power you generate during functional movements.

LIFER has designed this 50-minute, core-infused yoga class to blend core-strength with balance, mobility and flexibility. You will be safely guided through a full-body flow while using your own body weight and moving to an energizing playlist. This class presents an opportunity to focus on yoga postures that enhance your overall body awareness, work the connective tissues in your body and target your entire core region.

LIFER CYCLESTRENGTH

Where LIFER Cycle meets LIFER Strength!

A combination of cardio and strength training into one workout, in one room. Start your workout by gearing up on the bike for a 30-minute ride of intervals, hills and endurance. After 30-minutes of elevating your heart rate and heating up your muscles, your body is ready to transition into LIFER Strength! For the final 30-minutes of your workout, you will use heavy dumbbells and bands to build your muscles through full-range/large movements and low-moderate repetitions.

LIFER LIFT

LIFER Lift is a 60-minute group training class that hits all major muscle groups with the use of an adjustable barbell loaded with weighted plates. Build your muscles through full-range/large movements and moderate-high repetitions.

LIFER BARRE

barre is a total-body exercise regimen that incorporates the stationary handrail, or barre, that ballet dancers use to improve their flexibility and extension, strengthen muscles and perfect technique.

LIFER barre is a 60-minute total body muscle sculpting class that uses light weights, resistance bands, balls and your own body weight. With motivating instructors and a high-energy soundtrack, LIFER barre classes will keep your heart rate elevated, while burning fat and building lean muscle mass.

LIFER BARRECORE

Where LIFER barre meets LIFER Core!

This 60-minute workout will include traditional moves from LIFER barre with an additional emphasis on the ‘core’ region of the body. The first portion of your workout will consist of lower and upper body muscle toning. Hit the mat during the second portion of class to focus on the middle, ‘core’ region of the body; the core consists of the pelvic floor, abdominals, obliques, lower back and glutes. You will use your own bodyweight, light-medium weights and other props (i.e. resistance bands, exercise balls, etc.) throughout LIFER barreCore to enhance your workout.
